Drake Admits To His “Trust Issues” (New Music)

In true Drizzy fashion another new jam popped on on his website, with no warning. And this one definitely sounds like The Weeknd was sitting right next to him in the booth, smoking something. Judging from his latest lyrics, it appears Drake is really loving that purple stuff and I’m not talking about Weed. If you’re wondering why Drake is opening a Sprite bottle and not Moscato on the song’s art (shown above)  it most likely means they’re mixing up some Promethazine with the soda (you know, Drank). And it’s referenced throughout the song and on “I’m On One.” , Aubrey’s flow is as smooth as butter on this and the production is spacey enough to sit on a step all summer-night, sharing a bottle with a female friend. Trust issues, b.

Does Rick Ross Want to Sign DMX to Maybach Music Group?

While still imprisoned, DMX has revealed that he has been approached by representatives from Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group about potentially signing with the label.

"Rick Ross' peoples wrote me a letter while I was in here," DMX told Vibe. "Yeah like, 'Yo we got a home for you. We'll pick you up in a limo. Just come to Miami. Just come, we got you.'"

While X expressed interest in signing with the upstart imprint, which currently houses Wale, Meek Mill, Pill and Teedra Moses, the rapper, who has had a serious history of drug addiction and mental health problems, revealed that he has serious concerns about Ross' secret society connections.

"I'm thinking about it. It was a good feeling. I respect him as an artist, and I would like to work with him. But he got the whole Illuminati thing going on," X explained. "I got fans who write me like, 'I'm glad you're not a part of that.' And I don't know what it's really about entirely. So it might be like a good thing."

While the troubled rapper awaits his release, after being sentenced to almost a year behind bars for violating his probation, DMX said that he will contemplate the MMG offer, and "feel people out" before committing.

"I have respect for him and he expressed interest that he wanted to work with me while I was out. So I definitely want do a song with him, but I don't know about the record label thing," DMX revealed. "I would have to see what his camp is like and feel people out. I'm not the average artist."

The former Ruff Ryder is expected to be released from Arizona's Maricopa County Jail on July 1, and will be under supervised watch until August 12.

Hip-Hop Producer Sues Lady Gaga's Songwriter/Producer For Millions (Documents)

A veteran Hip-Hop producer has filed a lawsuit against Lady Gaga's producer Rob Fusari and his company Rob Fusari Productions over several of the pop singer's hit singles.

Calvin Gaines is a Hip-Hop producer who started out working with New York legends like MC Lyte, Stetsasonic, Salt-N-Pepa, Ultramagnetic MC's and others.

On June 15th, Gaines filed a $1,000,000 dollar lawsuit in United States District Court,  Southern District of New York, claiming he was cheated out of credit and royalties for co-authoring Lady Gaga's hit single's "Paparazzi," "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich" and "Disco Heaven."

According to the lawsuit, Fusari and Gaines met each other around 1997, when they co-authored and co-produced five songs for Brandy, which were never released.

The pair went on to co-write and co-author Destiny's Child's smash singles "No No No" "You're the Only One."

The songwriting duo later linked to write the three songs in question for Lady Gaga.

According to Gaines, he is 20% owner of the copyrights in the songs, but Fusari allegedly transferred Gaines' interests in the compositions to Sony/ATV songs.

According to Gaines' lawsuit, he has never received a penny in connection with his co-authorship of the three hit singles.

Gaines claims he is owed millions from royalties from Lady Gaga's The Fame album, which has sold over 3 million copies in the United States.

The record has also been certified gold, platinum or multi-platinum in 25 other countries

CoCo Says Nicki Minaj's Butt Is Fake, Hers Is Real!

Coco said when asked if she thought Minaj's backside was real. "Yeah, I thought she came out with it. I heard it from her. Yeah. OK, I've known -- I don't know. We're not even going to go there anymore. Scandal? Right? [laughs] And you know, I say about a lot of stylists, that work with me, and a lot of hair and makeup, they work with me. They touch my body, they're doing stuff all day long. So they're doing that same thing to Nicki Minaj. And they're saying it's a little bit different."

This is the biggest news to pop off since the man that allegedly shot Tupac stepped up and confessed.
:

Tupac Amaru Shakur (June 16, 1971–September 13, 1996) - A man has admitted to the non-fatal 1994 shooting of Tupac Shakur funny he does it on the day Tupac was born

A man has admitted to the non-fatal 1994 shooting of Tupac Shakur, claiming he was paid $2,500 to rob the rapper at Manhattan's Quad studio. Dexter Isaac, currently serving a life sentence on unrelated charges, said he was hired by hip-hop manager Jimmy "Henchman" Rosemond to ambush and mug Shakur, setting off three years of reprisals that left Shakur and Notorious BIG dead.
"Jimmy, I say to you: I have kept your secrets for years," Isaac told AllHiphop. "I have stayed silent in prison for the past 13 years, doing a life sentence like a real soldier should, when you and everybody have turned your backs on me ... Now I would like to clear up a few things, because the statute of limitations is over, and no one can be charged, and I'm just plain tired of listening to your lies. In 1994, James Rosemond hired me to rob 2Pac Shakur at the Quad studio. He gave me $2,500, plus all the jewellery I took, except for one ring, which he wanted for himself."
Isaac has spent the past decade behind bars, serving time on a 1998 indictment for murder, robbery, fraud and witness intimidation. He and Rosemond have long been linked with Shakur's robbery, though neither man was ever charged. In 2008, the LA Times published – and later retracted – an article contending that Rosemond and other associates of Sean Combs (AKA Diddy) arranged the attack as payback for Shakur's rejection of Combs's record label. The LA Times ultimately admitted their allegations were based on fabricated FBI reports. But Shakur himself had made these claims before his death. "Promised [to] pay back Jimmy Henchman in due time," he rapped on Against All Odds. "Heard the guns bust, but your tricks never shut me up ... All out warfare, eye for eye."

KANYE'S NOT TAPPIN' THE OLSEN TWIN!

KANYE'S NOT TAPPIN' THE OLSEN TWIN!

Earlier in the day, I posted a rumor about Kanye West and Mary-Kate, the Olsen twin. Well, I didn't realize at the time, that rumor started with Perez Hilton. It did. Here is the denial, as sent from the twin's rep.

"While it's true Mary-Kate Olsen was at the birthday party, she and West did NOT - repeat, did NOT -- hook up. No one at the club could verify Perez Hilton's account. There is no truth to the story whatsoever.""
